VISION

MISSION
Pastor – Isaiah 45:11 – 13
Leaders – Nehemiah 4:16-21
Congregation – 1 Kings 5:3-5

I.	Rebuild the infrastructure of the church body spiritually and administratively.
II.	Rebuild the church financially to enhance all ministry programs.
III	Rebuild the church spiritually and numerically.

GOALS

I.	Rebuild the infrastructure of the church body spiritually and administratively.
	A	To provide spiritual leadership so all leaders will be able to see the vision of God.
	B	To appoint passionate leaders to positions that utilize and match their expertise and spiritual gifts.
	C	To define all roles of leadership to all officers, boards, agencies, and ministerial staff.
	D	To enhance Worship services and programs and church gatherings and picnics.
	E	To provide monthly progress review with all members and agencies of the church.

II	Rebuild the church financially to enhance all ministry programs.
	A	Establish a finance committee to assess, review, and provide systematic advice to the pastor on how to enhance our financial progress.
	B	Encourage all members to pay their tithes and to give a liberal offering.
	C	Invest in tithe-paying members.
	D	Establish a growing savings account.
	E	Reduce expenses.

III		Rebuild the church spiritually and numerically.
	A	Provide quality spiritual education through teaching the Gospel accurately and with anointing.
	B	Organize and perform community evangelism.
	C	Coordination with planning committees on holiday programs and seminars to invite people.
	D	Provide series teaching on high demand topics.
	E	Provide leadership training.
